What we believe

No one should face a serious illness alone. We're here to ease pain, honor wishes, and walk beside your family — one day at a time.

How we care

Support shaped around your family

Every situation is different. Our services meet people wherever they are — from the first hard questions to the quiet moments after.

Hospice Care

Comfort-focused care for those facing a life-limiting illness — centered on quality of life, dignity, and time that truly matters.

Palliative Care

Relief from the pain, symptoms, and stress of a serious illness — at any stage, and alongside treatments meant to cure.

Grief & Bereavement

Support for families before and after loss — including counseling, groups, and follow-up care that continues for months, not days.

In-Home & Facility Care

Care that comes to you — at home, in assisted living, or in a nursing facility. Wherever comfort lives, we'll be there.

Our approach

A whole team, wrapped around one family.

Care is never one person's job. From the first phone call, a coordinated team steps in — managing symptoms, answering questions at 2am, and carrying the weight so you can simply be present with the person you love.

We build the plan around your family's wishes, not the other way around.

Beyond expert medical care, we bring added comfort to everyday moments — including aromatherapy, music therapy, and visits from gentle, trained service dogs.

Is it time?

Wondering whether to ask? That's reason enough.

Families often wish they had called sooner. You don't need all the answers to start a conversation — and there's no cost, and no commitment, to simply ask.

Start a conversation
  • Frequent trips to the ER or repeated hospital stays
  • Increasing pain, fatigue, or shortness of breath
  • Growing difficulty with eating, dressing, or moving
  • A wish to focus on comfort rather than more treatment
  • Caregivers feeling exhausted and stretched thin

Common questions

The things families ask us first

What's the difference between hospice and palliative care?
Palliative care focuses on relieving pain and symptoms and can begin at any point in a serious illness — even while you're still pursuing treatment to cure it. Hospice is a form of palliative care for when the focus shifts fully to comfort, typically in the final months of life.
Does insurance cover it?
Hospice and palliative care are often covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans, frequently with little to no out-of-pocket cost. In your first conversation, we'll walk you through the coverage and payment options available to your family, so there are no surprises.
Where does care take place?
Wherever the patient calls home — a private residence, assisted living, or a nursing facility. Care comes to you, so your loved one can stay in familiar, comfortable surroundings.
Does choosing hospice mean giving up?
Not at all. It means shifting the goal toward comfort, dignity, and quality of time. Many families tell us their loved one felt better, and lived more fully, once pain was well managed and the pressure of constant treatment was lifted.
